Designer Premium is a bespoke interior, complex solutions, and author supervision. It is the major cycle and a design concept where complex junctions and author accompaniment are part of the package logic, not a “if we get to discuss it” extra.

The expected outline: full major cycle, concept, complex ceilings and tiling, concealed doors and built-ins, author supervision. Exact junctions are confirmed on site: exclusive finishes and non-standard architecture are conditions that only show at inspection.

Labour starts from UZS 2,300,000 per m². A guide, not a final estimate. Materials, delivery, lifting, haulage of a large volume of debris, hire of special equipment, and items outside the estimate are not included. Minimum order starts from UZS 350,000.

In-house crews, daily photo reports, warranty by contract. The schedule is locked after the schedule of works. We do not publish a number of days in advance: complex solutions and author supervision require on-site approvals.

If you do not need author supervision and a bespoke outline, take the designer package (supervision by agreement) or major / Major Premium without a concept.

Yangihayot

Yangihayot is a newer southern district, created in 2020. There is more new and later housing here, but we still inspect each apartment on site. Labour is priced after measurement; package rate × area is a guide. We work across Tashkent.

How the price is formed

Labour for this package starts from UZS 2,300,000 / m². The figure on the site is a guide: package rate × area is not a final estimate.

The minimum crew call-out or order value starts from UZS 350,000. For a small scope we price not only by area, but by the actual composition and complexity of the works.

The final cost is set after the survey, the schedule of works, the materials calculation, and approval of the estimate. Base rates assume standard conditions; difficult access, height, work in an occupied apartment, and irregular geometry are assessed on site.

How the work proceeds

During the works the workplace is cleaned after each stage. In-house crews stay on the job; you see progress in daily photo reports.

Request
Submit a request on the website or contact us in a convenient way: a short description of the apartment, the package you have in mind, and a suitable time for the visit.

Survey
A specialist visits the property, inspects the rooms, and records quantities, the condition of finishes and utilities, access, and your requirements. We do not approve an estimate without an on-site survey.

Estimate
We prepare the schedule of works. Materials are priced separately and purchased by you or by us under an agreed estimate. Package rate × area remains a guide at this stage.

Contract
We document the scope, labour cost, schedule, and warranty obligations. Extra work is carried out only after separate approval.

Works
BARAKASARAY in-house crews carry out the works. You receive daily photo reports; decisions that change the result or the estimate are agreed in advance.

Handover
We inspect the result together, close comments, and sign the completion certificate. Warranty on completed works is set out in the contract.

After handover

Warranty on completed works is set out in the contract. It does not cover natural wear, mechanical damage, damage from incorrect use, consequences of leaks and utility failures, or defects caused by materials supplied by the client.
