BARAKASARAY major renovation is a full cycle of rough, engineering, and finishing works. It is for an apartment that needs to be rebuilt: not only fresh paint, but strip-out, substrates, utilities, and finish in one schedule of works.

The composition includes demolition, rough works, wall and floor leveling, electrical installation, plumbing, tiling, ceilings, fine finishing, floor coverings, and installation of doors and sanitary ware. That is labour. Materials, fixtures, doors, and tile are priced separately.

The rate starts from UZS 1,000,000 per m². It is a labour guide: rate × area does not replace the estimate after survey. The minimum order starts from UZS 350,000. For a small scope we price the actual composition, not only floor area.

In-house crews carry out the works. Daily photo reports show what has been closed on site. The schedule appears in the contract after the schedule of works — we do not publish a number of days in advance: it depends on area, wear, and junctions.

If utilities and geometry are sound and you only need finishes, the cosmetic package is enough. If you need an authored interior, complex lighting, and decorative finishes, look at designer renovation. Major Premium is the same cycle with an upgraded finish and engineering set.

How the price is formed

Labour for this package starts from UZS 1,000,000 / m². The figure on the site is a guide: package rate × area is not a final estimate.

The minimum crew call-out or order value starts from UZS 350,000. For a small scope we price not only by area, but by the actual composition and complexity of the works.

The final cost is set after the survey, the schedule of works, the materials calculation, and approval of the estimate. Base rates assume standard conditions; difficult access, height, work in an occupied apartment, and irregular geometry are assessed on site.

During the works the workplace is cleaned after each stage. In-house crews stay on the job; you see progress in daily photo reports.

Request
Submit a request on the website or contact us in a convenient way: a short description of the apartment, the package you have in mind, and a suitable time for the visit.

Survey
A specialist visits the property, inspects the rooms, and records quantities, the condition of finishes and utilities, access, and your requirements. We do not approve an estimate without an on-site survey.

Estimate
We prepare the schedule of works. Materials are priced separately and purchased by you or by us under an agreed estimate. Package rate × area remains a guide at this stage.

Contract
We document the scope, labour cost, schedule, and warranty obligations. Extra work is carried out only after separate approval.

Works
BARAKASARAY in-house crews carry out the works. You receive daily photo reports; decisions that change the result or the estimate are agreed in advance.

Handover
We inspect the result together, close comments, and sign the completion certificate. Warranty on completed works is set out in the contract.

After handover

Warranty on completed works is set out in the contract. It does not cover natural wear, mechanical damage, damage from incorrect use, consequences of leaks and utility failures, or defects caused by materials supplied by the client.
